Filter our laminate inventory by dielectric constant (Dk), dissipation factor (Df), and application. All materials below are processed daily at HF PCB PRO — from budget-friendly F4B to aerospace-grade PTFE.
Narrow the table by brand, dielectric properties, or application. Dk controls impedance and size; Df controls signal loss. Not sure? Send us your stack-up and we'll recommend one.
| Brand | Model | Dk | Df | Stock thickness (mm) | Typical applications |

Dk values at ~10 GHz, per supplier datasheets. Other thicknesses and hybrid stack-ups (HF core + FR-4) are available on request.
Every brand below is a routinely processed material system for us — not a special order.
Dk 2.20–6.15 · Df 0.0010–0.0045
Domestic PTFE workhorse for antennas and RF front ends. Excellent value; custom thicknesses easy to arrange.
Dk 2.20–10.2 · Df 0.0009–0.0037
RO4000, RO3000 and RT/duroid series — the industry reference for radar, mmWave and aerospace designs.
Dk 2.17–10.0 · Df 0.0009–0.0038
TLY/TLT/RF series laminates and prepregs, strong for filters, LNAs and GPS/RFID antennas.
Dk 2.20–3.50 · Df 0.0009–0.0031
Cost-optimized PTFE laminates — a practical alternative when budget drives the BOM.
Below 1 GHz, almost anything works. For 10 GHz+ designs keep Df ≤ 0.002; for mmWave (24–77 GHz) choose Df ≤ 0.0013 such as RT5880, RO3003 or TLY-5.
Antenna and filter size scales with 1/√Dk. RO3010 (Dk 10.2) or CER-10 shrink patches dramatically — at the cost of tighter tolerance and higher loss.
Bond an HF core on critical layers to FR-4 elsewhere. We laminate Rogers/F4B + FR-4 hybrids routinely, cutting material cost 30–60% while keeping RF performance where it counts.
