HF PCB  PRO  have different standard management systems correlated to the relevant different industries, like Automotive IATF16949, Aeronautics AS9100, Medical ISO13485, Communication TL9000, and Health OHSAS18001. Our factory has acquired ISO 9001, and ISO14001. 5S management system and Lean and Six Sigma quality system are adopted.Inspection of products is strictly conducted in compliance with internationally recognized workmanship standards(IPC-600G class 2 and IPC-6012B class 2 standard). Also can completely meet IPC class 3 according to customer product requirements.

HF PCB  PRO have obtained certification including clients from the US and Canada and IPC requirements are very familiar to all of them. PCB Reliability Testing and Inspections

  1. DFM Check Comprehensive design review to ensure manufacturability and reliability.

  2. 100% Electrical and AOI Inspection . Electrical testing for connectivity and shorts. Automated Optical Inspection for surface defects.

  3. Visual Inspection Detects surface defects, warping, and twisting. Ensures dimensional compliance.

  4. Dimensional Inspection Verifies hole sizes, PCB profiles, and alignment.±0.05mm tolerance AOI dimensional check if required.

  5. Microsection Inspection Cross-sectional analysis for copper thickness, PTH integrity, and layer bonding.

  6. Solderability Test Evaluates solder finish at 245 ± 5℃ for 3-5 seconds.

  7. Thermal Test Tests thermal resilience at 288 ± 5℃ for 10 seconds to detect delamination.

  8. Adhesion and Peel Tests Tape test for coating adhesion. Peel strength test for conductor bonding.

  9. Impedance Testing Verifies controlled impedance for signal integrity.

  10. IPC Compliance Inspections adhere to IPC-A-600 Class 2 and Class 3 standards.

PCB Assembly Reliability Testing

  1. DFM Check Ensures manufacturability and design accuracy.

  2. 100% AOI Detects soldering and component placement defects.

  3. Component Inspection. Verifies correctness and orientation of all components.

  4. Visual Inspection Identifies surface and soldering defects.

  5. X-Ray for BGA Confirms solder joint integrity in hidden connections.

  6. ICT (In-Circuit Test) Checks circuit integrity and component functionality.

  7. FCT (Functional Test) Simulates real-world conditions to verify assembly performance.

  8. IPC Compliance Inspected to IPC-A-610 Class 2 and Class 3 standards.

  9. Original Components Guarantee Ensures all ICs are new and authentic.
